I guess Tim Tebow isn’t always Mr. Nice Guy.

Tim and his legal team reportedly are taking legal action against “Cubby Tees”, for selling a shirt with “My Jesus” on the front, laid out similarly to the NY Jets logo. The tee company has admitted that the shirts are referencing Tebow’s strong Christian faith. The lawyers for Tebow are taking action because they feel this implies Tebow’s endorsement of the product.

Cubby Tees is standing it’s ground, stating that it shares nothing with Tim other than the “oromotion of a common Lord and Savior”. Furthermore, their website states that the Tebow doesn’t endorse the tee shirt, it just plays on themes of the Jets and Tim Tebow.

See, I guess even the excited one is not immune to controversy. Sorry Tebowmaniacs, all is not perfect.
