It looks like Kenrick Ellis may be a bit out of the woods.

Per Jenny Vrentas and Manish Mehta, a plea agreement has been reached in his upcoming trial.

The victim has reluctantly agreed to the guilty plea by Ellis to charge of assault and battery. As originally reported, Ellis could have been deported if convicted, but it appears that he won’t be thanks to this agreement.

Not good obviously to have on your record, but at least he can stay in America.
