Tony Sparano is already making his mark on the Jets offense, with his teaching style. Take a look:

So, it seems like Tony Sparano is getting the attention of his players, and in a positive light. Granted, it seems like a bit of kicking Schottenheimer now that he is out the door, but I guess that is going to happen. But, Tony seems to be motivating the guys.

Hopefully it translates onto the field.
