Jets Reportedly Decide Against Hard Knocks

It seems like Woody Johnson has finally wised up.

An anonymous source within the league has told Jenny Vrentas that the Jets have decided against a return to “Hard Knocks”.
It was thought that they were a hot choice, thanks to Tim Tebow, the locker room chaos, and the every colorful Rex Ryan, but apparently the team has turned it down.

Reportedly, the reason it was turned down was because it’s Tony Sparano’s first year with the team. The team did the same thing in Rex’s first year.

Whatever the reason, I hope it’s true, because it shows that Woody Johnson is thinking clearly. The Jets don’t need this, so pulling out is a good thing.
