Well, you have read our articles, Jets fans, how would you like to join us?

That’s right, the Jet Press is looking for writers. Ultimately, we would like to hire 2-3 writers to join us here at the site, to talk New York Jets.

All you would be required to write is one article per week, that’s it. You are welcome to blog more often, but once a week is all that is required. I will be handing out assignments most of the time so we have some direction, especially during the season, but in the offseason the topics are pretty free.

The position is not paid, but the potential for paid positions within the Fansided network come up from time to time, and Fansided likes to promote from within.

Interested? Here’s how to apply:

Write an article, of around 300-500 words in length, about any topic you like regarding the New York Jets.
Submit it to me, via email at [email protected]

That’s it. I will contact you directly via email if I am interested in bringing you on board.

Keep this in mind, you don’t have to be a great writer to blog, you have to be passionate about our beloved New York Jets. That will come out in your writing. If you have that, I can help you with the writing aspect.

If you are interested, don’t be afraid to try. Good luck.

Topics: Alan Schechter, Fansided, NY Jets, Writers
