He may have moved onto the Vikings before retiring, but Brett Favre is still making his mark on the Jets’ landscape.

A judge in Manhattan refused to dismiss the lawsuit filed by 2 team massage therapists against the team, and Favre himself. Scavo and O’Toole’s lawyer, David Jaroslowicz, said the judge’s ruling means Favre will have to take the stand.

Remember, that the two therapists lawsuit is based on their statement that they lost their part time jobs after complaining about text message that Favre sent of a sexual nature.

“Brett here. You and Crissy want to get together? I’m all alone,” Favre allegedly wrote in one message, according to the lawsuit. “Kinda lonely tonight. I guess I have bad intentions.”

Just when you could put Brett Favre’s time as a Jet into the distant memory. Oh, well.
