Rex Ryan is happy in that picture, and he should be satisfied with the two picks the Jets made tonight.

This guy has a heck of a lot of talent. I thought they would go safety in this round, but this guy has too much talent to pass up. Watching that video, you can see his blazing speed, evidenced by his 4.36 40 yard dash at the combine. He has great hands, and uses his 6’4″ 215 pound frame to create space for himself and shield defenders from the football. He creates space with his speed, and catches the ball with his hands.

He caught 28 passes, but averaged a whopping 29 yards per catch last year. He is a deep threat that the Jets have not replaced since the loss of Braylon Edwards.

The doubters say he has a limited route tree. From the video it doesn’t appear that way, but even if he does, Randy Moss made quite the career of running one route.
