Does the Draft So Far Indicate a Shift for the Jets to a 4-3 Base Defense?

Ganggreennation takes a look at whether or not the picks the Jets have made over the last two days indicate a shift in Rex Ryan’s defense to a 4-3 base. Take a look:

I have to agree 100% with our friends at ganggreen on this. The Jets have used multiple fronts all the time. They have 4-3 fronts as well as 3-4. The concept on defense is about mixing the fronts and confusing quarterbacks. The draft picks don’t mean a radical shift in anything, other than an increase in athleticism.
