With the 16th pick in the draft, the Jets have selected Quinton Coples, DE from UNC.

The Jets needed a pass rusher, and they got one with Coples. Rex Ryan personally worked Coples out at his pro day, both at DE and OLB. We had him going to the Jets in one of our mock drafts.

Rex said tonight that Coples will play DE, and work primarily from the left side.

Good choice by the Jets.
