In the first round, the Jets traded up. What did they do with that pick? This guy. The Island, the Revis Island. Needless to say this turned into a great pick, as Darrelle Revis has become the premier cover corner in the sport, that QBs work to stay away from.

About the Author
Alan has been a passionate Jets fan since 1985. Obviously, that means he is a glutton for punishment, as he has suffered through many Jets disappointments. He remembers Mark Gastineau's late hit in the 1986 AFC Divisional Playoff game like it was yesterday. There have been many more failures than successes, but through it all, Alan has remained true to the Gang Green. He has been blogging for the Jets on various websites for the past 5-6 years. He lives and breathes the NY Jets all year round, and is committed to bringing the Jets passion to "The Jet Press" on a daily basis.
