Woody Johnson likes the headlines, we have discussed that at length. He’s talked about Tim Tebow, Santonio Holmes, we have debated all of that at length. He has also expressed his interest in a return trip to “Hard Knocks”. However, he has faced opposition to the idea from his coach, we talked about it here.

Based on that, Woody Johnson has a great chance to save face. He needs to withdraw interest in the show to do so.

Why? Well, let’s give a brief review. He’s recently talked about Tim Tebow, and how the move was not to increase jersey sales. He says that selling jerseys is not their business, their business is winning games. He said how they are almost sold out of PSLs. Whether he is being truthful or not I am not going to debate here. I have made my views on his recent statements quite clear in previous posts.
