Sean Payton’s subsitute teacher has been named.

Joe Vitt, assistant head coach, will lead the team during Sean Payton’s suspension for bounty gate. Vitt will oversee the offseason, and then he will go on his own six game suspension.

It is expected that OL coach Aaron Kromer will serve as coach during the first six games.

No surprise here, once Bill Parcells and Tony Dungy were out of the running, the Saints were expected to go internal.
