A former locker room leader will not be returning to the Jets.

Beat reporter Manish Mehta is reporting that WR Jerricho Cotchery has signed a two year deal to remain with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He spent the first 7 years of his career with the Jets before signing with the Steelers prior to last season.

Not good news for the Jets, as Cotchery was credited with being a positive force in the locker room in addition to being a talented wide receiver, which the Jets sorely need.
