Rich Cimini: “Jets Should Address Darrelle Revis’ Contract Now”

Remember the holdout a couple of years ago? Darrelle Revis and the Jets did not come to terms on a long term deal, and Rich Cimini of ESPN NY thinks it is time to fix that. Take a look:

Rich is right on the money here. We absolutely do not want a repeat of 2010. Remember it? Would he hold out into the season, would he not? This is another headache that the Jets absolutely do not need. They have enough.

Also remember the hamstring problem Darrelle had that year. You could make the argument that he was not in good enough condition to play. This is unacceptable. If a problem is even a possibility, fix it now.
