Rams Sign Former Jets Backup Offensive Lineman Rob Turner

The Jets lost some depth at offensive line today.

The Rams have signed backup offensive lineman Rob Turner. Turner now is reunited with offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer.

Turner didn’t play much, he was best known for instigating a fight in practice with Vernon Gholston.

Not a big loss as far as playing time, but it is as far as depth. The Jets are very thin on the offensive line, and they just got thinner. I hope the Jets have something in mind to help come draft time.
