New York Jets bring back Wayne Hunter

Here’s a head-scratcher;

The New York Jets have decided to keep RT Wayne Hunter.

A source has confirmed that Hunter’s $2.45 million salary for 2012 was guaranteed when the team did not release him on Wednesday.

Hunter, who signed a four-year, $14 million contract last summer, struggled as the Jets starter this season, allowing  a team-high 8.5 sacks and a team-high 11 penalties.
