7 Year Old Comes to Defense of 49ers Kyle Williams

One week after the championship games, it takes a seven year old to show us the way.

For those who haven’t heard, Kyle Williams of the 49ers, who fumbled two punts in the NFC championship game, costing the game, received multiple shocking death threats via Twitter.  Threats that were considered serious enough that the NFL stood up and took notice on Williams’ behalf.  All of the classy football fans showing their true colors.  But just when I was beginning to lose faith in humanity, and in how much stock we put into sports.  I find this letter, written by Owen Shure from Los Angeles, CA, a die hard 49ers fan.  Here is the letter, via the Huffington Post, in its unedited glory.

Dear Mr. Williams:

We just watched the Playoff game. I feel really bad for you but I wanted to tell you that you had a great season. you sould be very proud, so I wanted to say thank you.

I am your #1 FAN!
