Report: Jeff Fisher has no offer from any team to coach

Interesting turn of events here.

All this time we have been under the impression that free-agent coach Jeff Fisher was deciding between the Rams and the Dolphins and playing each team against each other for the highest offer.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Fisher isn’t doing that at all.  The reason? Fisher hasn’t received an offer from any team.

Essentially, Fisher has decided to inform one team he will be their head coach and then try to reach a deal with them.  If he can’t, it is assumed he will go back to the team he just rejected and try to reach a deal with them.

He sounds perfect for the Dolphins.
