ESPN Lee Corso drops F-Bomb on the air

Oh Lee.

ESPN Gameday has never sounded like this.

Analyst Lee Corso, during his regular appearance on Gameday Saturday morning, dropped an F-bomb while trying to lead a cheer.

“How can you pick against SMU? Red, white, blue, USA,” he chanted. Caught up in the moment, Corso picked up a megahorn and tried to continue the chant – but failed.  He then threw the megahorn down and dropped the curse word.

While fellow Analysts Kirk Herbstreit and the Gameday crew burst into laughter, Corso would later apologize for his on-air slip.

“Earlier today on college gameday while picking the SMU-Houston game I got a bit excited and… used an expletive that I shouldn’t have used. I apologize and can promise it won’t happen again,” he said.
