Couple deny leaving child at Browns game

It must be getting bad in Cleveland.
Ernest Fugate of Circleville and his wife Anna have pled not guilty to charges of child endangering after being accused of abandoning their 9-year-old foster son at a Cleveland Browns game.

The couple maintain that they were in different sections during the game and each thought the other one had the  boy.

Police however say that Anna Fugate sent the boy off with two strangers at the game, who promptly turned the child over to security. Police say the couple first told them the child had walked away.
