In anticipation of Sunday Night’s New York Jets vs. Baltimore Ravens game, we have come across an interesting tidbit from the Baltimore Ravens blog, Ebony Bird; Apparently LB Terrell Suggs has been taking snaps in practice as a fullback.
Offensive Coordinator Cam Cameron confirmed it with media:
“That’s something that’s big in this plan, we want to put as many good players out there that we can. It’s his idea. He’s not bashful. I guess he got tired of asking to be a tight end, so hey, we’ll stick him in there at fullback and see what he thinks.”
Especially given the fact that this will be a Nationally Televised game, don’t be surprised to see Suggs in red-zone formations blocking for Ray Rice.
