Bears beat Vikings, capture NFC North

The Chicago Bears won their first NFC North division title since 2006 with a 40-to-14 win against the Minnesota Vikings last night.

And if you think the team will rest some starters for next weeks visit from the New York Jets, think again.  The Bears want to hold on to their No. 2 seeding, which would assure them a bye for the first round of the playoffs.

Currently at 10-4, the Bears are tied with the Philadelphia Eagles for the second best record in the NFC, both behind the 12-2 Falcons.

After the Jets, the Bears close the season on the road against the Green Bay Packers.
