Prior to that, he had a perfectly clean record - Not even a speaking ticket. His second arrest was for drinking a beer on the golf course during drug court (which violated his probation!). Get the facts straight before making foolish claims! Matt Jones is one of the most underrated wr in the league. He's big, fast and has great hands. Hell of a red zone target if nothing else. The most interesting point about M. Jones is that he never had a 1000 yrd season while with the jags. However, he is the 6th all time leading receiver in franchise history. sounds like a problem with the jags system, not the receiver.
