THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT…!!!
Offense, Defense, Special Teams all made big plays!!! Brett Favre was exceptionally efficient posting 258 and 2 TDs with the most important 0 turnovers!!! That was the performance we’ve been looking for. The offensive line was spectacular while Thomas Jones ran like a man possessed.
The defense was able to make some things happen, though I don’t understand sitting back in the second half…. I’d like to see the pressure on all game long!!! Regardless, it was a huge win and Jets Nation can sit back and enjoy the first place status for another couple of days and then it’s back to work.
The Titans sit around the corner which is obviously another monumental test! Until then, enjoy.
They always do that. They always turn the defense down a notch in the second half, and they need to stop doing that. Also, why did they start moving away from the run game in the second half? Right when they went back to it in the 4th, they scored a TD…they gotta POUND it all game long. It should be their MO.
